Abstract
Healthy, mature embryos were excised from presoaked seed of wheat KRL-1-4 and cultured on MS medium supplemented with 0, 100, 200, 300 or 400 ppm 2,4-D at 25 degrees C and 70% RH in 12/12 h light (1200 lux)/dark. Observations were made after 45 days of culture.
