WISALTS column

(1988) WISALTS column. Elders Weekly, 14 July 1988. p. 10 [Publication] [Special Collections]

The Soil and Water Conservation Association of Australia is dedicated to encouraging the wise use of the land including soil and water resources. The Association says that responsibility for proper land use rests with the whole community, but four groups have special importance: land users; parliamentarians, members of government policy committees and policy advisors; scientists, industrialists, soil conservations and water engineers; and educators at all levels.
The Association publishes a newsletter four times each year with the current newsletter containing an article by WISALTS committee member Gavin Drew.
