Piggott, R. (1988) Life's a busy buzz for president Pam. The Countryman, 27 October 1988. p. 12 [Publication] [Special Collections]

Summary

Denbarker's Pam McGregor, a finalist in the RAS-Countryman Rural Achievers Awards, keeps a busy schedule. Pam is the president of the 900 member WISALTS organisation and is one of the few women in Western Australian agriculture to have something of a public profile. She is also president of the Mount Barker Agricultural Show Society, minute secretary of the Denbarker Western Australian Farmers Federation section, member of the Plantagenet Business and Professional Women's Group, the Country Women's Association, the local Community Youth Support Group and the Plantaganet Arts Council. Originally from Scotland, Pam and her husband Jim said their move to Australia was helped by the friendliness of the Denbarker people.
