Summary

On Tuesday 29 September 1987, a public seminar on soil management for sustainable agriculture will be held at the South Perth Civic Centre from 8am to 6pm. The seminar is part of a three day workshop to identify research priorities for soil management, with its aim to review the major problems and current research. The workshop is organised by the Western Australian Farmers Federation Grains Section and is particularly interested in priorities relating to cereal production, but has interest for all farmers. Most of the eleven speakers, eight scientists and three farmers, will have a question and discussion time following their presentation and there will be open forum at the end of the day.
