WISALTS column

(1986) WISALTS column. Elders Weekly, 10 April 1986. p. 6 [Publication] [Special Collections]

Rod Nicholson of Moorine Rock was elected as WISALTS junior vice president last September. He has been a member of the WISALTS Committee since 1983 and holds the finance/budget portfolio. This first contact Mr Nicholson had with WISALTS was through his position as a Yilgarn Shire councillor when he attended a Great Eastern Ward Shire Councils meeting in Merredin in 1980 and afterwards spoke to Harry Whittington. Some 42 kilometres of interceptor banks now cover part of the property at Moorine Rock where Mr Nicholson has lived all his life.
