Summary

The State Government has announced appointments to be made for three statutory bodies to be formed under the Conservation and Land Management Act. The Minister for Forests, Ron Davies, who will become Minister for Conservation and Land Management, said the three statutory bodies are the Land and Forests Commission, the National Parks and Nature Conservation Authority and the Forest Production Council. The Conservation and Land Management Act will be proclaimed on 22 March 1985.
