The Information and Extension Committee has delegates from every state and territory, with its convenor, appointed by Western Australia's Commissioner of Soil Conservation, is Keith Lindbeck, an adviser with the Soil Conservation Branch of the Western Australian Division of Resource Management. An open day is to be held in the Gingin area, commencing at Gavin Drew's property at 9.30am on Friday 11 October .
