WISALTS column

(1985) WISALTS column. Elders Weekly, 17 October 1985. p. 10 [Publication] [Special Collections]

Summary

An open day was held in September 1985 on Jim Erskine's property, with assistance from the neighbouring property owner Trevor Thompson. A research trial site for WISALTS was established on the Erskine property in August 1984 and the open day visitors viewed the progress since the planning and surveying was done in February 1985. Mr Erskine gave the gathering his own practical observations of the changes of the farm which he and his family bought in 1970.
