Article explains that Mount Marshall MLA Ray McPharlin has been selected for a 35 day Commonwealth Parliamentary Association tour.
Mr. McPharlin will study salt land encroachment and water salinity in Israel and North America and inspect desalination plants in America.
Mr. McPharlin whose Kalannie property is affected by salt, has been a supporter of Harry Whittington's methods for many years.
