Feature article sharing how forty years ago the residents of the area were crying out for water.
Relying on rations of a few gallons a day with rainwater tanks to help them get through.
After long delays the Wellington scheme came through and everyone thought that their water troubles were over.
Now the situation has arisen where there is still plenty of water but it is such poor quality that the residents will be as badly off as they were forty years ago.
