Summary

Report of Harry Whittington's final speech as President of the Coarse Grain Section of the Farmers Union. Mr Whittington said it was obvious that growers' requests for changes in the plant breeding programme by the Agriculture Department were being ignored and he believed that co-operation by individuals and organisations is needed to come together for the one cause.
