(1982) Adapt farming to environment. Western Farmer and Grazier, 25 March 1982. p. 21 [Publication] [Special Collections]

A total of 19 speakers contributed to the seminar 'Sand, Salt and Farming' that attracted more than 300 farmers to Esperance. The seminar was organised by the Esperance-Dundas zone council of the Primary Industry Association and the Esperance district office of the Department of Agriculture. It resulted from farmer's concern about current agricultural practices and the effect these were having on the environment.
