Technology at work

(1983) Technology at work. Elders Weekly Supplement, 8 December 1983. p. 10 [Publication] [Special Collections]

Advances and improvements have been made in the distribution and quality of water resource management products for farm use. Elders West sell and design semi-permanent irrigation systems or watering from a travelling irrigator, they also supply desalinators and solar pumps. Organisations such as WISALTS use these products and systems to ensure that salt scalds are contained and controlled.

This article contains two images: Stan Evans, manager of Elders West's water/hose/rubber department; and Peter Bridge and Bill Hatchett at the Elders West Midland store.
