Summary
The rainfall pattern has changed, rain has fallen on fewer days this year in many parts of Western Australia, resulting in high rainfall intensity causing damage to farms and elsewhere, including fencing, roads and culverts. The Narrogin Shire estimated its road repair bill at nearly $700,000 on over 50 roads.
