Chinese methods of controlling salt salinity could be used in Western Australia as they have the same objectives as the methods currently used locally. Department of Agriculture's Commissioner of soil conservation, Dr Graeme Robertson made these comments after returning from a three-week visit to China sponsored by the University of Western Australia and the Chinese Academy of Science and Technology.
