Summary

The Department of Agriculture announced testing of a new type of seeder machine intended to reduce erosion. The tests were conducted on farms and in a controlled environment with a rainfall simulator to test the efficacy of the seeder.

This article contains a photograph of Philip Carter and Kevin Bligh, Department of Agriculture employees working on the project, alongside the new seeder machine.
