Summarises a proposed integrated water system through the South West of Western Australia, connecting with existing and already planned water systems. The advantage of the system would be to reduce the reliance on Perth metro groundwater in times of drought. Liberal Party deputy leader, Richard Court, stated the system would be part of the capital works program over time under a Liberal government.
