Prominent American soil scientist Dr Al Black, Director of the Northern Great Plains Research Centre in Mandan, North Dakota in Western Australia will arrive for a two week visit to assess and evaluate the Whittington Interceptor Bank System. During his stay Dr Black will visit many farms and give a speech at an open meeting.
