Dr Al Black, a prominent American soil scientist and and Director of the Northern Great Plains Research Centre in Mandan, North Dakota will visit Western Australia to carry out evaluation of the Whittington Interceptor Bank System. Dr Black will be visiting properties in many parts of Western Australia where interceptor banks have been installed, completing his visit with a speech at an open public meeting on 8 April 1983.
