Summary
Reports the damage caused by a period of heavy rainfall across several regions in the Central Wheatbelt of Western Australia. The most significant losses reported are stock losses and damage to fences. Future plans to improve and reconstruct water drainage systems on affected properties are outlined.
This article contains two photographs: One shows a line of cars driving through flood water on the Great Eastern Highway and the other depicts a flooded drain threatening to spill over onto the Great Eastern Highway.
