Summary

Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by R (Rod) Sawyer.

Comments: 14 inch rainfall. Mallee, mort and mallet country. A ripper was used as clay was found at a depth of 4 inches. All lines checked to make sure ripper at all times brought clay to surface. All lines at grade 1 to 2 centimetres. Point A has 40 centimetres drop over 150 metres to keep below saddle and follow tree line. Point B has 50 centimetres drop over 250 metres so as to get into lake and help empty out grade line. All ridges may just allow for one level bank between existing line and top.

This document is part of the WISALTS (Whittington Interceptor Sustainable Agriculture Land Treatment Society Incorporated) Collection.
