WISALTS School at Kellerberrin, Western Australia, Australia - 090. [Document] [Special Collections]

Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by G (Greg) Matthews.

Comments: As this is only an estimate all lines are only based on educated guess work. Block A — on this block creeks A and B have been eliminated by a grade bank which runs across the property controlling all outside water and delivered it to a culvert on the road. The level banks are only guess work. Block B — due to the level and saturated nature of this block all banks are graded so as to move water and not hold it and aggravate the situation. The east boundary has been plastic sheeted as there are numerous throughflows. Other plastic sheeting would be needed, but as I didn't see all soil structure I cannot put these in. As in block A all banks are only guess work and under ideal conditions.
