Summary

Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by B (Brian) Baxter.

Comments: System is level. All banks are on perched water table barriers. All ute passes to be covered. New fencing to go up ridges. Future plans allow for a dam near house. Check with Les Spencer before starting to make sure all technical information is obtained. This farm has a runoff problem. Clover is established, so country is reasonably fertile. Aim of plan is (1) to keep as much water as possible on property, (2) to increase production, (3) eliminate leeching.
