Summary

Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by B (Ben) Davey.

Comments: Level banks to be constructed 1 metre deep in laterite based material. 60 centimetres will be sufficient in clay based area. Chokes to be put in at soil changes. Plus regular intervals (50 to 70 metres). Both grade lines to go in at a metre deep. Level bank flyovers are just mini banks to control overload of water. Step bank each side of pass, seal ends and make mini bank.
