Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by PF (Peter) Woodward.

Comments: The bank was proposed to intercept surface and subsurface water from the sewage dam and take it to the creek. The bank has not been surveyed yet but this would be the approximate position. Water is ponding on the surface because of a barrier formed in the timber. This area has begun to collapse in the short time of the dam being constructed. This ponding can only expand as the soil collapses and water is allowed to enter the area. Plastic may be needed below the dam if a suitable clay cannot be found. Most of the water is going into the ponding area but there is some going north west to the creek area. A flyover would have to be constructed to allow Russell's access into the area behind the bank. Possibly, near where the bank would enter the creek if a suitable place can be found.
