Summary

Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by L (Lydon) Henning.

Comments: Re — Latham townsite. Permission to be sought from: Property owner at point A to cross paddock to salt scald; Westrail at point B to run a line east of trees to drain culverts under railway and main road; Telecom at point C and Public Works Department at point B and C to cross these services with interceptor banks. Culverts at points B and C to be 1 metre box; at point D culvert size increased to match Westrail's culvert capacity. Point C 60 metre floodway, debris and road edges to be cleared to ground level of paddock on south side of road and the road level above the culvert to be 60 centimetres above ground level.
