Summary

Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by RT (Rob) Stone.

Roe Location 2814.

Comments: Harry inspected this site in October. We plan to use a grader in this country. A dozer has been used in creek line.

Review Comments: I did inspect the area and accepted the plan as a good sound approach. I also queried the use of the grader and when it was explained that the Laycock's did not want to use the bulldozer until they were satisfied that the grader was not giving satisfaction. In my opinion, if they had wanted to do something worthwhile, they would have been better advised to have used the grader in the creeks and the dozer to build the banks on the slopes.
