Summary

Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by P (Phil) Mincherton.

Comments: Breaks to be on power line for the State Energy Commission. 2 push on sand area. Seal on either side of sand except second bank where seal is to be within 15 centimetres of surface. Seal level with surface (blocks) every 100 metres or on soil type change on level banks.
