Summary

Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by I (Ian) Gilmour.

Comments: Salvage on old work. Problem area at bottom of hill still remains wet. Cause banks have leaking throughflows. Vehicle passes and ends are not sealed. Banks are not on perched water table therefore are not sealed in gravel area. If bottom bank becomes overloaded middle bank will need to be salvaged. Dam has 8 foot throughflow moving through, will repair.
