Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by O (Owen) Dare.

Comments: This plan assumes total cooperation between neighbours. Key dam is positioned to receive maximum runoff and close to town for local use (less cost to equipment). Extensive use of plastic sheeting required. Cooperation of local authority required for upgrading culverts.
