Summary

Flying towards the west. Looking at a large amount of water coming in from the east. This water is coming in from a neighbours sand hill. It is a major problem. There are three lakes in his neighbours area. All landowners who are shedding water into an area should be given every encouragement and assistance to salvage their own approaching problem before they lose too much of their potential production. When production levels drop, it takes too much time and money to restore the soil. But for every twelve months that it is allowed to degrade, it will take an additional twelve months to restore.
