Summary

A seepage pond over a throughflow area, partly due to a down hill drainage ditch. This is affecting Johnson's paddock. The road gutters are full of water so that the numerous throughflows have to be sealed and surplus water disposed of to a nearby culvert. This causes considerable tension between neighbours.
