Summary

Thursday 1.17pm. Water flows through the pipe from the swamp to the Moore River. Shire Deputy Foreman, Vince, Bob & Hayden all feel that their labours were not in vain. Bob Vaughan, holding the star steel post, their doubts forgotten.
