Abstract
Based on the survey results of American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology practitioners, there is significant variability in penicilin and beta-lactam allergy testing and reporting of results that could have an impact on effectiveness. This suggests the need for standardization of beta-lactam allergy practice parameters
