Abstract
With the Departure from Power of Former President Mobutu of Zaire, Attention Has Turned to Other Long-Standing Regimes Resisting Domestic Pressure. President Daniel arap Moi of Kenya Was Not Part of the Group Backing Mobutu's Departure. Now, As Kenya Is Scheduled to Hold Elections, and Unrest Is Firmly Dealt With, the Future of Its Government Is Being Questioned.
