Abstract
The author talks about his experiences, giving out some suggestions on the methodologies that can be adopted for maintaining discipline in the classroom. Establishment of rules, enforcement of these rules and maintaining a positive attitude are shown to be some of the main approaches that can be followed by the teachers.
