Abstract

English Texts and Skills is a four-book series designed to introduce students to a range of text types and to improve writing, grammar and language skills. Each unit models a particular style of writing through sample texts chosen to appeal to readers. English Texts and Skills includes fiction and non-fiction texts such as stories, newspaper and magazine articles, reviews, letters, playscripts, poetry, advertisements and manga.
