Employee engagement: From construct to intervention
Ditchburn, G.J. (2008) Employee engagement: From construct to intervention. In: The British Psychological Society, Division of Occupational Psychology, Annual Conference 2008, 9 - 11 January 2008, Stratford-Upon-Avon Holiday Inn, United Kingdom
Abstract
The object of this session is to explore the multi-faceted nature of Employee Engagement and examine the shared and specific drivers of each sub-dimension. What are the practical implications of these findings: How do organisations and in particular leaders and managers use these insights to drive or maintain high levels of Employee Engagement? Is it possible and practical to identify sub-groups of employees with common patterns of Engagement and how if at all can these results be used?
