Abstract

Since January 2011, I have been working in collaboration with Gloria Kearing and Karrie-Anne Kearing-Solomon, well respected Bindjareb women of the Nyungar nation. Both women are committed to establishing programs in their community: to develop health literacy; health awareness; and skills to engage in healthy lifestyle choices.
