Abstract

This is a review of the time taken for EIA in Western Australia for comparison with the time taken for the PER assessment of the Pinjar to Cataby transmission line. For the time required for undertaking EIA, two comparisons are made: one is a comparison with typical assessment of proposals; the second is with projects that have involved contentious issues.
