Abstract

Clinical data collected during a comparative trial of serotonin antagonists was reanalysed to determine whether particular migrainous features were associated with a good response to methysergide. Patients with the fewest number of headache days per month and those with symptoms of cerebral disturbance before or during migraine had the best outcome.
