Abstract
ePortfolios are increasingly used throughout all levels of education around the world. To date, this is primarily as an assessment tool. Many of the open source and commercially available platforms, provide the opportunity for educators within these settings to scaffold learning of students. This paper outlines an initial implementation of a teaching environment within the PebblePAD platform with 4th Year Bachelor of Education students. The aim of the implementation was to develop a system of scaffolded teaching to assist students to complete an action-learning project and develop abilities to reflect more deeply.
